We offer a ONE TIME FLAT FEE service of $750.00

Once you procure a buyer and would like to hire us to represent your interest throughout the process, here is what our representation will include:

• Process Management
  • Contract through Closing, ensuring all deadlines are met, paperwork is completed and correctly executed, and following each juncture through closing and title transfer.
• Advising & Negotiating
  • Reviewing and advising on all paperwork inherent to the purchase and all associated negotiation including but not limited to all Offers, Counter offers, Disclosures, Addendum, Contingencies, and Removals.
• Contract Advocacy
  • Once under contract, representing your interests at all phases, including all Title Company & Lender dealings.
• Facilitation
  • Reviewing and advising on all paperwork inherent to the purchase and all associated negotiation including but not limited to all Offers, Counter offers, Disclosures, Addendum, Contingencies, and Removals.
• After Sale Service
  • Help you find your next home, assist you with relocation, and provide resources for other after-sale homeowner needs.
